You can easily modify ASP.NET version using WebsitePanel control panel.
(1) Login to WebsitePanel
(2) Select Web | Web Sites
(3) Select your domain name. You will view Web Site Properties page
(4) Select Extensions tab
(5) You can modify ASP.NET version by selecting the appropriate value on the ASP.NET drop down box.
(6) Select Update button to finish the process.
In addition to ASP.NET, you can also enable ASP, Perl and modify the version of PHP running on the server.
