1. Log into WebsitePanel

2. Click on FTP Accounts:

3. Click on the FTP Account that you want to give Read Only Access:

4. In the FTP account settings page, remove the "Write" check to grant the ftp user read only access:

5. Save the changes, and that's it! The user has Read only Access.
